Dear compatriots!
Dear Friends!

Twenty years ago, on 9the of September 1991, in our ancient land the event occurred due to this the political map of the world appears an independent sovereign state called Tajikistan, and this historic event marked a new stage and the creative transformation in the lives of our people.

I sincerely congratulate all of you, dear present and all the proud people of Tajikistan with this auspicious occasion. I wish the dear people of Tajikistan's health, prosperity, success, and our independent state - the prosperity and development.

Due to independence, which we gained after thousands of years, the Tajik people became their own hands the possibility of drawing a line of their own destiny, to revive the old pages in the history of our ancestors, and once again prove to the world community that the creation and improvement are a long-standing tradition and mission of the Tajik people.

We have made very significant achievements of sending this great historic opportunity, in accordance with the will of the people of Tajikistan to the public interest, for a bright and happy future, for strengthen national unity and development of a Free State.

It is gratifying that our culture-and creative people meet the twentieth anniversary of national independence in the spirit of unparalleled creativity and made a patriotic contribution to an even greater strengthening of the foundations of our young state.

At the present stage of our statehood, when the provision of energy independence, complete withdrawal from Tajikistan communication insulation, protection of food security, as well as increase the level and quality of life enshrined as our most important strategic goals, Tajikistan has entered a qualitatively new stage of socio-economic development.

I am sure that all the people of Tajikistan, all worthy and proud citizen of the country with a high patriotic responsibility to assume the noble creative purposes of our dear motherland as their human and civic duty to respect the independence, sovereignty, peace, stability and tranquility of society as a precious good, and also will not weaken their political vigilance and always will strive to protect the best interests of the nation and state.

For our glorious ancestors made their edge in the sanctuary of reason and knowledge, science, literature, culture and moral rectitude, have made a worthy contribution to the treasure of human civilization.

Today, we - the heirs of their great ancestors, also need to continue this historic mission and the kind of national tradition, to make our state a comfortable and prosperous land for future generations so that they lived in an atmosphere of peace, tranquility and eternal national unity and defending our sacred homeland.

With this sincere hope once again congratulate all those present, all the people all of the country and overseas compatriots on the occasion of the state independence of Tajikistan.

Let there be eternal and creative civilized Tajik people!

Let there be eternal independence, freedom and national unity of Tajiks!
