Dear Friends!

Proud of our achievements is the fact that the Tajik people of a thousand one hundred years ago, creating their sovereign state, its culture has gained world renown.

And this global culture in all periods of history, guarded our nation from breaking up, is an important factor in achieving independence, which is a precious asset of the Tajik nation over the past millennium.

Therefore, I sincerely congratulate all of you, dear present on the occasion of the greatest and most sacred of our national holiday - the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, and simultaneously with the commissioning of the new building of the amphitheater - another magnificent palace of culture and art.

The government always pays special attention to culture as a priority sector of social life, take the necessary steps to improve the social status of artists.

In recent years, along with other budget sectors, wages of workers in the sphere of culture has increased by 26 times.

Today we can state that within 20 years of independence, our national culture, playing a significant role in raising awareness, the national feelings of the people, especially young people, has a profound influence on the spiritual formation of the society, the knowledge of the historical mission and deepening a sense of patriotism of the population.

It was during this period, the cultural aspirations of our independent country became traditional events - dramatic competition "Parastu" International Theatre Festival "Navrӯz", "Chodari khayol" ("The curtain of imagination"), the international festival - symposium "Shashmaqom", "Falak "and" Bahoriston. "

In such large-scale cultural events involving thousands of representatives of the CIS and foreign countries, they learn the social, economic, architectural and cultural changes in our country.

At the same time, well-known Tajik artists demonstrated their skills before an audience of more than 70 countries in Europe, America and Asia through the best programs.

And today a new development and expansion of our diverse cultural relations with foreign countries and international organizations on a global level and can be called a striking example of the high recognition of Tajik culture world community.

Construction of a modern summer theater or in other words, an amphitheater, which became the new place of recreation for residents and visitors of our state, is a logical continuation of a series of measures taken by the Government in the development of national culture.

This building was constructed in a very short period that is over 8 months at $ 3.2 million Somoni and provided for 960 spectators.

In the construction of festive object, which is located in one of the most beautiful places of our capital, were involved and had made a significant contribution to skilled workers and specialists from all over the country and this initiative as a sign of absolute unity, is commendable.

Dear Friends!

The word culture in all the small and large dictionaries means reason, science and knowledge. If culture is the reason and knowledge, it is not confined to one industry concept, and encompasses all that we imagine.

In other words, culture is the immortality of the human being and the foundation of the nation.
History shows that since ancient times civilized countries have always paid special attention to the cultural life of society.

The concept of an amphitheater, which has reached us from ancient times means that he, as an important branch of the cultural history of civilized nations and states, at all times occupied an important place and has played an important role in the reflection of the eternal struggle between good and evil, justice with injustice, and light darkness, as well as the healing of spiritual disease of society and in this way in the upbringing of healthy and cultural generation.

In this regard, it is doubt that the problem is not just theater, staged entertainment productions.

If it were so, would not be worth spending so much effort into its construction. The theater is certainly a mirror of life. It incorporates music, architecture and visual and cinematic arts.

The theater is a powerful way to impact on human consciousness. Because it is possible to see the events of life on the stage, the audience mentally represent themselves in images of goodies and this way improves their own inner world.

It should be noted that the cultural life of Tajikistan's impossible to imagine without the theater. For the theater has always been close to people in the most difficult moments of his life and played a very important role in the fate of the Tajik people.

Today, you can list dozens of famous artists who have made significant contributions to the development of the Tajik theater and on this basis in the development and improvement of our national culture.

With this in mind, we can say that the theater will become a center of culture, the source of the improvement of our compatriots, but also will make its significant contribution to nurture a new generation of Tajik artists.

In this joyous and memorable moments once again proud to congratulate all of you, dear present and all the people of Tajikistan on the occasion of twenty years of state independence, which is considered the beginning of a new state of Tajiks and wish each of you happiness, prosperity and new successes.
