President of Tajikistan congratulated newly elected President of Finland

Dushanbe, February 10. (NIAT “Khovar”).-On February 8, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent congratulatory telegram to Mr. Sauli Vyainyamyo Niynistyo on his election to the post of the President of the Republic of Finland.
Tajik leader wished to the new President of Finland success in his activity in this high position and pointed out the importance of joint action for intensification of cooperation between Tajikistan and Finland.
Constant nature of the relationship of sincere friendship and mutual goodwill, developed between Tajikistan and Finland for the period of establishment of diplomatic relations that will mark their 20th anniversary in February 26, 2012, has been noted with satisfaction in the telegram.
Tajik President expressed hope for continuing constructive dialogue between the two countries, including at a high level, for giving greater dynamism to the development of mutual cooperation in different spheres between Tajikistan and Finland, according to the press-service of the President of Tajikistan.
