Visit of the European Commission for development’s Director in Dushanbe

Dushanbe, January 26. (NIAT “Khovar”, P. Nazarov).- With working visit the delegation led by the sector’s Director for Asian countries, Central Asia and Pacific Ocean’s Directorate for development and cooperation of European Commission Dirk Megank is in Dushanbe, from January 22-26.
In order to discuss the range of issues of the bilateral cooperation between European Union (EU) and Tajikistan, the study of the economics’ sectors, as well as the finding main priority directions of cooperation for new EU strategy for Central Asian countries on 2014-2020, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Tajikistan (MFA RT) had organized meetings and negotiations of delegation with the First deputy Prime-Minister Matlubkhon Davlatov, deputy Prime-Minister Murodali Alimardon, the Head of the Executive President’s Apparatus Bakhtiyor Khudoyurov, Minister for Finance Safarali Najmiddinov, Minister for Health Nusratullo Salimov, Mister for Labor and Social population protection Mahmadamin Mahmadaminov, Minister for melioration and water recourses Rahmat Bobokalonov, the Minister for Energy and industry, as well as with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ representatives.
During the visit delegation is going to meet with the First deputy Director of the General Department of Border Troops of the State Committee on National Security, Genera-Mayor Sharaf Fayzulloev and the Heads of the representations of financial and bank Institutes, accredited in Tajikistan, according to the Department of Information, Press, Analysis and Foreign Policy Planning of Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
